(via TUAW) Beau Weaver, voice-over artist (who you will immediately recognize when you hear) and “diehard” TUAW (The Unofficial Apple Weblog) reader has put together a hilarious ringtone that he’s offering for free on his website that’s sort of a variation on the whole “in a world …” movie trailer thing.
The sound quality’s outstanding and it’s got an actually loud ring mixed in there somewhere, so it’s not like it’s going to get lost in street noise or anything. TUAW also has instructions for how to get this thing onto your iPhone which is where you’re going to want to have it I guess.
I’d say I’m not partial to spoken comedy ringtones, but I’m currently using the Sir Digby Chicken Caesar theme (non-Mitchell & Webb fans will have no idea what I’m talking about), although, I have to admit the joke is wearing a little thin.
